Course Objectives
Risk management standards have been developed to guide those who must carry out risk management processes as part of their duties. This course is designed to help the participants apply standardized risk management techniques in their everyday aviation operations at all levels of the decision-making process thus enhancing safety and organizational success in realization of strategic goals. The course helps build a convergence of risk management requirements from other requirements applicable to aviation (QMS and SMS) through a standardized methodology for identifying, analysis, evaluation and control of all types of risks.
At the end of this course, participant will have adequate knowledge, skill and attitude to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Risk Management in any organization within the aviation industry.

Mode of training:
This is a classroom delivered course that integrates formal lectures, individual and group practical exercises to give the participants adequate knowledge, skills and attitude required to plan for, develop and implement a RMS
After the training, the participants will be awarded with a certificate of successful completion upon attaining a pass mark of 70%
